Adam Brieske-Ulenski received his doctorate in education with a specialization in literacy from the University of Central Florida. His research focuses on literacy leadership, specifically the role of the literacy coach and reading specialists. His work has been published in The Reading Teacher, The Teacher Educator, the Primer, The Reading Professor, among others. Adam is co-author and lead writer of the Literacy Coach Self-Efficacy Scale and the Elementary Literacy Coach Self-Efficacy Survey. He recently published A Literacy Coach's Playbook: Building a Winning Team to Improve Student Achievement with Teacher's College Press. Adam regularly presents at international, national, and state conferences. Recently, he was an invited speaker with the International Literacy Association for a webinar on Literacy Coaching and Leadership. He teaches undergraduate and graduate reading education courses as an Associate Professor of Reading Education at º£½ÇÂÒÂ×.
